Carter Marine Agencies Under New Ownership

Angela Pennefather, (Founder of Melanesian Luxury Yachts), and Sarah Toxward have joined forces and purchased Carter Marine Agencies in Australia.  Melanesian Luxury Yachts, a boutique yacht agency founded by Angela Pennefather is known for providing exceptional marine services in the Pacific, will be based in Cairns alongside Tina Flecknoe to facilitate the transition and ensure ongoing client support. Angela is committed to further developing the charter and cruising itineraries, as well as guides across Australia, similar to what Melanesian Luxury Yachts does in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

Sarah Toxward, will assume the role of New Manager, brings extensive experience from her previous roles with Cairns Marlin Marina and Rivergate Marina & Shipyard, where she played key roles in marine operations and management. As  former yacht crew, Sarah really understands the often complex eeds of captains and owners. She will be based in Brisbane and will also service the Gold coast ensuring seamless continuity in the company's leadership.

Carter Marine Agencies, a trusted yacht agent and marine services provider for over two decades, is pleased to announce its acquisition and the transition of ownership will be effective as of 14th October 2024, with all operations continuing seamlessly from that date under new management
