Fema International S.A is based in Switzerland but also has offices in Istanbul and Singapore. Nazmi Topcuoglu, the Managing Director and Senior Marine Surveyor in Singapore, has over 20 years of experience. Fema Marine performs surveys in ports all over the world, for superyachts, survey yachts, ships, and barges of all types and sizes.

The company has a large team of experienced, qualified professionals who offer worldwide service as well as valuable insights, and deliver honest, intelligent, non-destructive service to the buyer, or to a broker and their client. FEMA Marine can assist owners, buyers, attorneys and underwriters with purchase transactions, claims, repairs, refits, and valuations. The Company offers guidance for clients building yachts and other vessels, and they are familiar with and accepted by many insurance and lending institutions, and understand the requirements of Classification Societies and the UK MCA Codes such as LY2 and LY3.

Familiar with many Flag State requirements, FEMA Marine’s electrical division offers onboard electrical systems assessments, power generation and distribution analysis, switchboard, power quality and harmonics analysis. The company’s technical equipment includes: power analysers, thermal imaging, audio gauging, paint testing, borescopes, photography, and noise meters.
