The Leisure Marine Association MENA (LMA) board recently met with the National Guard Permits Division (NGPD) in Abu Dhabi. The LMA Board was briefed on the latest advancements and protocols aimed at optimizing inspection process in the near future. The LMA looks forward to further collaborations with NGPD. M/Y Charley 2 Launch

Australia’s large full-custom superyacht builder Echo Yachts announce the launch of their latest newbuild superyacht: 56m aluminium catamaran Adventure & Support Yacht ‘M/Y Charley 2’. Charley 2 is the largest catamaran motoryacht built in Australia and the second largest Echo Yachts superyacht created at the Echo Marine Group shipyard near Fremantle, in Western Australia.

Ferretti SPA Posts Strong Half-Year Results

The Board of Directors of Ferretti SpA reviewed and approved the Group’s H1 2023 consolidated financial results. With a margin of 14.7% and an Adjusted EBITDA of €83.4 million Ferretti Group presents a very strong performance in H1 2023. The order backlog was at €1.4 billion, an increase of 15.8% when compared to H1 2022.

Clearvac Engineering Asia Refit Facilities

It was a historic moment as two superyachts were docked together at Clearvac Engineering refit facilities in Bangkok. M/Y Annabella, is the latest addition to Clearvac’s list of prestigious clients, and she sounded three loud blasts of her horn in appreciation to the river traffic that patiently waited while the superyacht docked along-side M/Y Nonni II, a 55-meter Italian luxury superyacht already undergoing maintenance inside the adjacent dry dock. This marks the first time in the history that the Bangkok Dock has had two superyachts simultaneously conducting refit services, further cementing Clearvac’s position as a leading player within the super yacht industry in Asia.
