The Kalizma “Judges’ Special Award” Winner

On 21 May 2022, in London, at the 17th annual edition of the BOAT International World Superyacht Awards, The Kalizma was announced the winner of a “ Judges’ Special Award” and was nominated for the “Best Rebuilt Superyacht Award”.

Opening up South Pacific Charter Potential

From August 2022, luxury yachts cruising and chartering in the South Pacific will have the benefit of coordinated yachting procedures between Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tahiti for extended stays in the region.

Chairman’s Message 16 May 2022

With countries opening their doors to vaccinated travellers, and much of the world learning to live with Covid, once again people are moving around the globe and attending live events. Travel to the Cook Islands is now open via air and sea after the latest Travel Advisory and supporting Border Entry Requirements, effective 01 May 2022. Similarly, Ocean Marina (Pattaya, Thailand), is looking forward to welcoming visitors to the first Thailand Yacht Show to be hosted in the Gulf of Siam 09-12 June 2022.

APSA at ASMEX 2022

The Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX) welcomed international and local delegates to the City of Gold Coast Welcome Drinks which leads into the annual conference, ASMEX 2022. The Conference is being held at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, and this year’s theme is ‘Reconnecting with the world’. APSA members participating in this year’s conference include Kenta Inaba from Super Yacht Logistics (SYL) Japan who will be presenting and participating in a panel discussion on ‘Brisbane Olympics 2032 – 10 years out: planning services and facilities for visiting superyachts’.

HFW at Superyacht Investor London 2022

Global Marine Travel (GMT) attends Posidonia

Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition was established in 1969 and is one of the major calendar events of the shipping industry. Every two years, the event attracts the most influential personalities from the Greek and international shipping community and major companies and organisations active in all sectors of the shipping industry and backed by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Insular Policy, the Union of Greek Shipowners, and the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping, and with the support of the Municipality of Piraeus and the Greek Shipping Co-operation Committee.
