OCEA returns to MYS

Sketches of the tenth OCEA motor yacht will be on display at the OCEA Yachts Stand at Quai L’Hirondelle (QH18) at the Monaco Yacht Show 2021. OCEA yachts are custom-built, and construction of the 32.70m aluminium ocean-going vessel has started – this will be the first OCEA yacht with engines that meet the latest IMO Tier III environmental standards, allowing it to sail in Emissions Control Areas defined by the International Maritime Organization.

Sanlorenzo Confirms Impressive Line-up at MYS 2021

20th Superyacht brokered by Burgess’ Asia team

Last week Burgess announced the sale of LIND in an in-house deal with Mark Woodmansey and Eleonora Pitasso representing the seller. This brings the total of yachts brokered by Burgess in Asia to five in 2021, so far – already as many as sold throughout 2019, their last record year.

Rivergate plan to equip apprentices with world-class skills

Brisbane is on the crest of a marine industry apprentice boom with a new wave of opportunities expected from a proposed Trade Centre of Excellence at Rivergate Marina and Shipyard. The state-of-the-art facility would position Australia as a world leader in training and skilling a global marine workforce as well as significantly enhancing the services on offer across the country. It would provide marine courses and practical, customised hands-on learning, together with research and development activities, all in one central location.
