CL Yachts, the yacht-building brand of Hong Kong-based Cheoy Lee Shipyards, has introduced a new layout option for its 35-metre CLC115 tri-deck catamaran, developed by Supertomato Studio to respond to a broader range of owner and charter needs. Martin Lo is at the FLIBS to promote Cheoy Lee’s expertise in superyacht production using state of the art technology in the vessel’s construction. The new arrangement highlights the flexibility of the CLC115 platform by offering a Mid Deck Owner’s Suite as an alternative to the existing Main Deck Owner’s Suite, with a different balance between private owner accommodation, guest spaces and shared areas. Set aft on the Mid Deck, the Owner’s Suite provides a more private setting for the owner, with floor-to-ceiling views that create a direct visual connection with the sea, a private terrace with lounge seating and a spa pool, as well as a dedicated Owner’s Head.
Relocating the Owner’s Suite also frees up the Main Deck, which now accommodates a dedicated gym and two additional guest cabins, each with its own en-suite head. While the convertible stateroom on the Mid Deck, can be specified as an audio/video entertainment room, a nursery or a massage room. In this configuration, the CLC115 accommodates 6 + 1 convertible cabin, compared with 5 + 1 convertible cabin in the Main Deck Owner’s Suite configuration, while retaining accommodation for four crew. Built on the established CLC115 platform, with naval architecture and exterior design by Incat Crowther and interior design by Supertomato Studio, the new arrangement expands the yacht’s interior options while retaining its underlying design and construction capabilities. It also shows the shipyard’s ability to develop different interior solutions around specific owner and charter requirements.
