Blue Flag Award for Çeşme Marina

The iconic Blue Flag is one of the world’s most recognised volunteer awards for beaches, marinas, and sustainable boat tourism operators. To qualify for the Blue Flag, a stringent set of environmental, education, safety, and accessibility criteria must be met and maintained.

2nd Edition Smart & Sustainable Marina 2022: Registration Closing Soon.

Organised by Monaco Marina Management, the 2 nd Edition of the Monaco Smart and Sustainable Marina will be held on the 25th and 26th of September 2022 in the Yacht Club de Monaco.Participation can be in person or online and this annual global networking event gathers marinas, start-ups’, architects, investors, yacht owners,captains, and other international key industry players in one place.

Azimut|Benetti: Group Achievements

Azimut|Benetti takes the opportunity provided by the launch of the new B.Yond 37M to report on its financial and market performance. Value of production for 2021/2022 reached the €1 billion mark, a +19% rise on the previous year. The Group’s percentage growth in coming years is also guaranteed by an order book at an all-time high – over €2.5 billion – which covers production for the next three years.

Simpson Marine and Ali G jointly launch their first NFT Collection

Simpson Marine is delighted to announce the official launch of its first NFT collection,ODE TO THE SEA, curated by Hong Kong’s established professional photographer and NFT creator Ali G of Ali G Studios. Although the concept of a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) has been around since 2014, it is only since early 2021 that NFTs have become increasingly popular digital assets, representing real-world objects like art, music, in-game items, and videos. In 2021 the word NFT also became the Collins Dictionary word of the year.

Better Boating Series in the Whitsundays

With leisure boat sales on the rise, the Whitsunday region is experiencing unprecedented levels of new visitors this year, many of which are experiencing our spectacular backyard for the first time. In addition, the annual migration of cruising yachts is upon us, with those boat owners deciding to ‘holiday here this year’ and return to Australia’s premier cruising grounds. With a desire to add value to the visitor experience, this year, Coral Sea Marina has launched the Coral Sea Academy, an EduTourism experience with a mission to engage with people wanting to get out on the Whitsunday waters and immerse themselves in the region’s marine environment.
