The Superyacht Gathering Fiji

The Superyacht Gathering reunited in the warm waters of the South Pacific last week for the sold-out Fiji event on August 23-24. A total of 47 local and international guests from Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Ecuador the UK and the US attended – a 47% increase from the last event in 2022.

Singapore Yachting Festival Returns in 2024

SYF 2024 will feature more boats on display, including superyachts and Asian Premières, and a clutch of world-renowned speakers at the Southeast Asia Yachting Conference. The Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) is set to return 25-28 April 2024 alongside the two-day Southeast Asia Yachting Conference (SEAYC) 23-24 April 2024, both being held at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.

UAE E-Passport User Manuel

The Leisure Marine Association MENA (LMA) board recently met with the National Guard Permits Division (NGPD) in Abu Dhabi. The LMA Board was briefed on the latest advancements and protocols aimed at optimizing inspection process in the near future. The LMA looks forward to further collaborations with NGPD. M/Y Charley 2 Launch

Australia’s large full-custom superyacht builder Echo Yachts announce the launch of their latest newbuild superyacht: 56m aluminium catamaran Adventure & Support Yacht ‘M/Y Charley 2’. Charley 2 is the largest catamaran motoryacht built in Australia and the second largest Echo Yachts superyacht created at the Echo Marine Group shipyard near Fremantle, in Western Australia.

APSA Chairman’s Message 6 September 2023

As summer finishes the superyacht scene hots up. Next on APSA’s calendar is Monaco, where I look forward to catching up with members at the AGM and the APSA Asia Superyacht Night on 26 September. You will be receiving email notifications for both events. I will also be attending Cannes Yachting Festival on certain days, and I know that a few of our members will be attending or exhibiting. Australia-Fiji Rendezvous 2023

Twenty-one Australian industry representatives travelled to Port Denarau, Fiji to participate in the third annual Australia-Fiji Rendezvous sponsored by Benetti Yachts and held on August 25, 2023. Ten superyachts were in attendance on the day, however due to the busy season in Fiji a total of 19 superyachts were engaged during the three days that included the locally organized Superyacht Gathering. All vessels were eager to receive updates on visiting Australia, with most planning on travelling to either Australia or New Zealand for maintenance and refit work in the next two months.
