Marina Industries Association (MIA)

The Marina Industries Association (MIA) is the peak body supporting recreational and commercial marinas, yacht clubs, boatyards and industry suppliers in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. MIA works in support of developing sustainable marina industries through strong leadership, education, accreditation and research.

MIA has over 370 corporate members and connects more than 2,000 industry leaders and decision makers throughout the region, representing in excess of 85% of the major Australian marinas along with a growing number of members from New Zealand, the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Its programs include the Gold Anchor marina accreditation and Clean Marina schemes, delivered in conjunction with the Global Marina Institute. MIA is an Affiliate Association member of the Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association (APSA).
