Monte Carlo Yachts honored with “100 Italian Excellences” Award for its achievements in the nautical industry
Monte Carlo Yachts has won yet another award for its achievements in the nautical sector. The “Golden Pinecone” for the “100 Italian Excellences” selection winners is awarded to those individuals, companies and institutions that have distinguished themselves for initiative, ability, research, competence and innovation across all aspects of society, from medical and scientific disciplines to revolutionary startups and artisanal manufacturers. Monte Carlo Yachts will be featured in a namesake celebratory book by Italian publisher Riccardo dell’Anna.
The fourth edition of the “100 Italian Excellences” award ceremony took place in the prestigious Sala della Lupa of Palazzo Montecitorio, which houses Parliament, in Rome.
“On the year of our tenth anniversary, we are honored to receive the “100 Italian Excellences” award here in Italy, our home,” says Fabrizio Iarrera, MCY Managing Director. “This award recognizes Monte Carlo Yachts achievements over the past decade, and we are proud to represent Made in Italy values and excellent around the globe.”
The “100 Italian Excellences” recognition awarded to Monte Carlo Yachts’ is the latest of a long list of awards received. In 2018, Monte Carlo Yachts won Best Flybridge Yacht (MCY 96) at the Asia Boating Awards, and Best International Motor Yacht (MCY 96) at the Christofle Yacht Style Awards. Monte Carlo Yachts is also a finalist for awards in four categories at the 2019 Boat International Design & Innovation Awards. The winners, as determined by a panel of distinguished judges, will be unveiled during the Superyacht Design Symposium in Cortina, Italy in January 2019.
