From financial reporting to the supervision of yard time, our team has the in-depth knowledge and experience to deliver the highest caliber of support. Effective routine checks, both operationally and financially, give the owner peace of mind that the yacht and crew is operating safely and efficiently.
Services include:
Technical Management & Support: Monitoring of planned maintenance schedules on board; planning and monitoring of routine and refit yard periods - quote appraisal, work quality and cost control; advising captain and engineering crew on modification, upgrades and repairs to machinery and yacht systems; arrangement of specialist third- party servicing assistance; ongoing quarterly checks on all systems and report any problems, defects, faults and recommendations.
Crew Management: Offer crew recruitment, employment, background checks, payroll through the offshore; set-up of dedicated crew employment structure offshore; provision of approved seafarer employment agreement and maintenance of crew documentation.
Procurement and Supplies: Parts souring, shipping and access of required products, recommendations on product options.
Financial management: To provides a full range of accounting options which will ensure managing yacht expense is vital; To create and estimate a realistic annual budget specifically tailored to an individual yacht; a designated bank account which will operate in your preferred currency for bank transfers, debit cards, cash and payroll; set-up and maintenance of dedicated yacht management bank account; yacht accounting and book keeping; verification and payment of invoices; annual bookkeeping and reporting.
Consultant: To provide consultant advice through the year: to ensure that all safety checks, insurances and routine maintenance etc are scheduled and renewed when necessary (may include - as agreed - berthing, yacht insurance, marina membership); the cost of the renewals or checks will be added to the yacht owners account.
Insurance Supervision: Assistance in processing the most appropriate insurance cover for the vessel and crew members: administration of insurance claims with diligent pursuance of owners’ entitlement; ensuring that crew insurance policies conform to statutory requirements for the vessel.
Registration and Formalities: To handle the import of captioned yacht into and out of HK and Macau; To register the yacht in Hong Kong and Macau according to the regulation of destination location, and acquired the authorization from the owner.
