New APSA Member: Horizon Yachts
Founded in 1987, Horizon has emerged as the leading Asian yacht brand in the luxury yacht market and is known throughout the industry for its sophisticated craftsmanship, superior build techniques, and innovative technology. Horizon Premier Shipyard Refit and Repair Services
The Horizon Premier Shipyard was originally dedicated to the construction of custom megayachts above 100 feet (30M), now the Premier shipyard focuses on providing maintenance, repair and refit services for superyachts. The Refit Center encompasses 656ft (200m) of waterfront property on Taiwan's Kaohsiung Harbour and is equipped with a 200ft (60m) x 30ft (9m) floating dry dock with 500-ton lifting capacity and 260,000sqft (24,000sqm) of private yard space.

Horizon Premium Shipyards offers the industry’s safest, most reliable technology. Upon completion in 2024, the new Pearlson Shiplift System will measure 60m long x 13.7m wide and will have a lifting capacity up to 1,800 metric tons.
Horizon City Marina
Located at the Port of Kaohsiung and near to Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal, Horizon City Marina provides Superyacht CIQS service. It location in the heart of Kaohsiung which is known as the city’s developing “Asia New Bay Area”, the marina has easy access to Kaohsiung's main transportation lines, MRT, THSR and International Airport.
Consists of 12 berths varying in size that can accommodate vessels below 60 feet in length, alongside 1,100ft superyacht slips which can accommodate vessels up to 200ft (60m). This is the first marina in Taiwan designed with environmentally-friendly floating docks without pillars and has adopted the SEAFLEX system. Multifunction dock pedestals with fresh water connections and power supplies up to 200A 440V are available.
The first and only private marina in Taiwan accretdited under the Global Gold Anchor Scheme, it recently received its ‘Superyacht Ready’ accreditation from the Marina Industry Association of Australia.
The marina offers easy access to Kaohsuing’s city centre which boasts five-star luxury hotels, shopping centres, theatres, IKEA, Carrefour and Costco, along with the Michelin Star restaurants that are within the walking distance from marina.
