Singapore Yachting Festival 2025 Affirms Market Confidence

The Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) 2025, held at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove (10 to 13 April) showed Asia has a strong and vibrant yachting industry, and a growing superyacht community. The festival welcomed over 12,000 visitors and featured more than 100 participating brands, with over 20 companies making their festival debut.
Singapore’s reputation as Southeast Asia’s yachting hub was reconfirmed with 70 yachts on display in-the-water, with 15 yachts being over 24 metres, along with 10 Asian premieres, and two global debuts.

Headlining the on-water display was the largest yacht at the festival, the magnificent powercat Charley 2, a 56m custom-designed support vessel showcasing the technical expertise of Echo Yachts a West Australian shipyard. Another superyacht built in the Asia-Pacific, was Song of Songs a beautiful 42.2m superyacht built by Heysea Yachts, located in mainland China. Presented at the show by Camper & Nicholsons this newly launched superyacht is available for luxury charter in Asian.
Also making its Asian debut was the Azimut Seadeck 7 by the Azimut|Benetti Group. The shipyard’s success in the region has been demonstrated by the sales of yachts up to 40 meters and the Seadeck 7 is the first to combine hybrid propulsion with the Volvo Penta IPS system, based on Volvo Penta’s revolutionary hybrid-electric technology which aims to reduce emissions by up to 40%.

Simpson Marine, had one of the largest displays in the Festival, and its extensive fleet included Sanlorenzo, Bluegame, Axopar and Nautor Swan brands. The Sanlorenzo SL96A took centre stage with its innovative asymmetric layout and was displayed alongside the SD96 and the SX88.
The Bluegame fleet showcased the BGX73 and BGX60, and the Axopar 45 XC. Ferretti Group attended the Festival in collaboration with their long-standing local partner, Hong Seh Yachting and presented the Asian premier of the wallywhy150. Gulf Craft’s fleet consisted of three models, the Nomad 65, Nomad 70, and Nomad 101.
This Festival this year shone a spotlight on sustainability and one of the shipyards leading the charge on environmentally conscious yachting is Sunreef Yachts with its Sunreef 60 Eco that made its Asia debut. The Silent 62 by Silent Yachts and the Greenline 48 Fly by Derani Yachts were also showcased, along with the Rapido 500 ECO Power Cat by Rapido Catamarans.
