At Aberdeen Marina in Hong Kong, Simpson Marine and CNB Lagoon hosted a Caribbean‑style launch party for the Lagoon Seventy 7, the shipyard’s flagship sailing catamaran. Over 250 guests enjoyed Caribbean food and cocktails, steel‑drum music and yacht tours. The Seventy 7 features fold‑out side platforms, a balcony extending from the master cabin, and a spacious interior. Lagoon’s general manager Hervé Gastinel said more than 25 percent of Seventy 7 orders were from Asia. Simpson Marine managing director Mike Simpson celebrated the strong interest and noted that three Seventy 7s had already been sold into the region.
