Fresh Farm has an impressive product range including 12 different types of lettuce, Kale, Tomatoes and even strawberries. Everything is 100% pesticide free, grown on a 25 hectare custom built hydroponic farm.
“Our distribution is such that generally when we receive an order, the goods are still growing,” reports Prokopavicius, “that way the quality and yield of Fresh Farm products is just amazing. Compass handles the packing and logistics and the result is happy chefs”.
The strawberries are already proving a hit with national airline Garuda purchasing over 150kg a month. Fresh Farm is already having to increase production and will continue to expand the range of products, available exclusively through Compass Fresh.
