Livart Group has completed a full marina refurbishment and upgrade at the Four Seasons Hotel Marina in Oman, deploying multiple specialist brands under its “One Group, Total Marina Solution” philosophy to deliver a world-class superyacht-friendly facility.

This May, Livart Group proudly announced the successful completion of the marina refurbishment and upgrade project at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Marina in Oman. Showcasing its “One Group, Total Marina Solution” philosophy, Livart deployed multiple specialist brands to deliver a world-class facility tailored for marina solution.

Project Highlights

The project drew on expertise from across the Livart Group portfolio. Walcon Marine Australia supplied premium aluminium floating pontoons and dedicated tender berths. Supflex engineered and supplied a custom Elastic Mooring System to provide superior protection for vessels against surge and wake, and to better withstand environmental, mooring and berthing loads.

The scope also included a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade: full replacement of decking, fenders and connecting hardware across the existing structure, along with the addition of jet-ski berths to meet recreational demand. The upgraded marina now aligns with the luxury aesthetics of the Four Seasons development, expanding Oman’s tourism infrastructure and offering an enhanced, superyacht-friendly berthing experience.
