Southern Sky AI is a structured AI adoption practice operating at the leadership layer of maritime organisations. It helps superyacht, commercial maritime, and professional services leaders adopt artificial intelligence securely, strategically, and responsibly.

Founded by Kristina Agustin, the practice brings together more than 20 years in international superyacht and maritime operations, formal legal training, and recognised AI credentials. Kristina is Founder and Principal Digital Navigator, a legal practitioner, an AI educator and consultant, and a 2026 ATSE Elevate Scholar. This combination of operational depth, legal precision, and AI fluency is built for high-trust, high-liability environments.

The practice works across three structured pathways.

Academy

AI literacy education for maritime professionals and teams. Academy gives crew, shoreside staff, and leadership a shared, working understanding of AI before decisions are made about it. Courses are led by Kristina Agustin, a CPD Certified AI Trainer, and built around the realities of maritime work.

Compass

Structured AI adoption, delivered in two stages. The Compass AI Blueprint is a governance-led diagnostic that maps where AI fits an organisation, where the risks sit, and the order in which to move, resulting in a decision-ready roadmap. Compass AI Navigator provides ongoing strategic guidance against that roadmap, keeping direction, governance, and documentation current as conditions change.

Command

Implementation for organisations ready to act on their Blueprint. Command AI Console is a purpose-built executive AI environment configured to documented priorities. Command AI Representation provides vendor advocacy and implementation oversight where a project calls for an external development partner, keeping the work aligned to the Blueprint throughout delivery.
