Pantaenius Australia Proudly Supports the 2026 Fiji Regatta Week at Musket Cove

Pantaenius Australia is proud to support the 2026 Pantaenius Fiji Regatta Week, one of the South Pacific’s most iconic cruising and sailing events, held at the world-renowned Musket Cove Yacht Club & Marina in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands. Taking place from 15–19 September 2026, this year’s event marks the 42nd Fiji Regatta Week and will be particularly special as it coincides with Musket Cove Resort’s 50th Anniversary.

A South Pacific Cruising Tradition

For decades, Fiji Regatta Week has brought together yacht owners, cruisers, families, captains and crews from across the Pacific and beyond. Known for its relaxed island atmosphere, friendly competition and strong sense of community, the event has become a highlight on the South Pacific cruising calendar.

The 2026 program includes a mix of sailing, social events and island activities:

  • Hobie Cat racing
  • The much-loved Beachcomber Island Pirates Day
  • The Round Malolo Classic and the Malolo Sandbank Race
  • Beach clean-ups and kids’ activities
  • Themed parties, the final farewell event and prizegiving

Supporting the Cruising Community

Pantaenius Australia’s involvement reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting the cruising community across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the wider South Pacific.

“Fiji Regatta Week represents everything we love about the boating community – adventure, connection, good seamanship and a shared love of life on the water. Musket Cove is a truly special place for yachties, and we are delighted to support an event that brings together sailors from all over the world in such an authentic and welcoming setting.”

– Michaela Claes, Pantaenius Australia

Musket Cove Yacht Club & Marina has long been a favourite destination for international cruisers, offering sheltered moorings, marina berths and essential shore-side facilities, along with the relaxed hospitality that has made it famous among yachties worldwide. With growing interest in South Pacific cruising and continued movement between Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and beyond, Pantaenius Australia sees the event as an important opportunity to connect with owners and crews who are actively cruising the region.

“Fiji is a key destination for many of our clients,” added Claes. “Whether they are cruising from Australia, heading across the Pacific, or spending the season in the islands, our role is to support them with specialist yacht insurance knowledge and practical regional understanding.”

The 2026 Pantaenius Fiji Regatta Week is expected to attract a strong fleet and a vibrant mix of local and international participants, celebrating not only sailing but also the friendships and shared experiences that make the cruising community so unique.
